By heater, are you talking about a propane furnace, an A/C heat strip, or an A/C heat pump?

You should also go to User CP and supply your model and year of trailer and tow vehicle in your "signature" so people have some idea what configuration you are talking about when you post here.

My first suggestion would be to go to the DCM unit, Settings / Floorplan / Reset, and set the floorplan back to default factory. Unless someone at Keystone screwed up badly, the default floorplan contains everything with which the rig left the factory, and they all have furnaces.

So I have to say, my first guess is simply that "some wire is loose" and the trip shook it back into connecting.
I never posted the resolution to this problem here (pretty sure it's in another thread). Turns out Mickey had chewed one of the blue wires between the furnace and the relay box in the A/C, and the chew spot was inside the ceiling over the fridge. So some days it connected, and some days it didn't. We needed to remove the fridge and cut a hole in the ceiling above it to fish a new wire. Little !

Still not seeing a signature in your postings. Make sure you filled out the "signature" section. There are two (duplicate) areas that ask for your vehicle information, but only one posts it. (On the other hand, I suspect that sometimes there is just a <24h delay before the website "notices" you have filled it out.)

Do you have two air conditioners? if so make sure you looking at the correct zone on the incommand…the front bedroom zone will not have the furnace option …you have to scroll to the rear zone to see the option for heat

If your using a smartphone and you don’t choose the option at the bottom of the log in page to “view full site” your signature won’t post.

I post almost exclusively from a “smart” phone using the mobile site version and my signature always shows up as long as the “show your signature” box is checked.

However, if you are viewing a post from the mobile site from a “smart” phone, you will not see a signature unless you toggle to the full site. If you toggle to the full site, you can also click on a user’s name and can see if they added their RV info to the “About Me” tab.

Two things that come to mind:
(1) Update firmware
(2) Power down in-command and do a hard reboot. Both 1 and 2 should resolve it.
I’m no expert but I’d bet the In-command folks would have you start there.
