Outside cable

Searched the forum but all I could find was issues with sat hook up. My question is not about sat hook ups or booster button function/location. What I am having problems with is the cable connector right outside the entry door. I would like to watch antenna tv outside, but I cannot get it to come through the cable connector on the outside. So with the tv on inside I hook up another tv outside and get nothing. Is there a jumper or something that I need to connect?

Just to be sure, is this coax connection in addition to a SAT/Cable coax connection (you have more than 1 coax connection outside)?
