Outdoor kitchen door

Anyone have problems with their outdoor kitchen door racking out of plumb during the day? I've got a 2017 premier ultralight 31BKPR and if I leave the outdoor kitchen door open too long during the day it won't fully close until it cools off. Bottom left corner is about 3/8s out of being closed.

I don't have your model but I did have latch to striker issues when mine got hot (100+*) do to expansion. What I do notice is how much distance there is from your front stabilizer to the axles. Edit, I missed where you said plumb but back to distance from stabilizer to axle. Is it possible your trailer on a twist (not level/true left to right from front to back ?)
