Reese Sidewinder or Revaluation

All right guys. As I am still knew to this Forums. Owning a Fuzion 310 and using a 2013 2500 HD Crew Cab with 6.6 bed with a B&W Patriot Hitch. Is anyone adapted and using the Reese Sidewinder, Reevaluation, or anything like these ? The Youtube videos are impressive. Looking forward to your input...

I have the Sidewinder on my 5er.Tow with w 5 1/2 ' bed.Works great with plenty of room. You will hit the fender side before you hit the cab.90 + degree. Also, the Revolution is the same thing as the sidewinder.Just installed at the factory as OEM.

I have the Sidewinder and at end of Summer will have 2 years of use with it and 10 or 11, 000 miles of towing. I've been happy with it. Only complaint is that I can't mount it "high" enough to level the trailer. As the arm swings (pivots) it needs to clear the vertical supports on the mount of the trailer. Due to this, I can't get it high enough. Likely a limitation on anything that pivots like this.

Hope that description is good enough, I don't think I have a photo to illustrate.

I have the 5th Airborne Sidewinder on mine with a 5 1/2' bed. Works great and love it. Makes towing a pleasure without the clunking or bouncing other mounts give.
Worth every penny for me.

I have the regular sidewinder on my FZ342. I would only trade for a sidewinder with the air ride. It works great. Do some research, the directions state not to use with a B&H hitch. Have yet to experience the bucking/jerking to justify the air ride-but won't rule it out.

B&W Hitch with Sidewinder

I have a B&W combination hitch in the F250 Super Duty with a 6 1/2' bed. I have a Sidewinder on the 5er; and it has worked fine for me.

I did not know about any warning about not using a Sidewinder with the B&W hitch when I installed the hitch.

Yesterday I contacted Reese. Spoke with a Service Tech. Explained to him what Truck, Trailer, Pin Box mount, and B&W 16 K Patriot fifth wheel Hitch we have. Right away he said if it was the type that connected to the goose neck hookup that it was not advised to use. I explained that it was the rail set up. They do have a special wedge that adapts to this style B&W fifth wheel. It is p/n SWW-06. This was exciting news for me..... I know what I am getting for Fathers Day....

That^^^ is great news. Another option vs a slider for me in my ram 3500 megacab, especially since b&w has the puck style hitch to drop into the factory fifth wheel prep holes on the new rams

We went on a four day trip...... After pulling Our Fuzion 310 with the set up that we have now..... I was thinking that we would want the sidewinder sooner.... But I have to admit.. We had no issues with the 6.5 ft bed and it handled everything flawlessly. Only thing I want to do is add the air bags... it is more of a want than a need..... We Loving our Fuzion... Oh and My Chevrolet 2500 HD with the Duramax pulled through the hills with little effort..... We are truly blessed.
