Hi all,
What is the best app to have on the I-phone to use for maps etc when traveling?
Thanks for any input.

What features are you looking for?

The built-in Maps app works ok. Then there's Google Maps. For GPS, I still think MotionX GPS drive is still tops.

All Stays RV and Camp has good features for finding campgrounds, fuel, truck stops and camping stuff. Not good for navigation, MotionX is better for that.

x2 for MotionX. Allows you to download maps, such as terrain and forest service roads to your phone.

I use WAZE and love it. Real time traffic alerts and reroutes. Just watch the road they may try to put you on during a reroute for height restrictions.

We use the Co-Pilot app. The free version does mostly everything we need. Plus we can do it on our phone or the ipad. Give it a look.

I think if you pay you get a bunch of added functionality as well.
