The roof and the floor are entirely different structures, the floor is supported on the outside by the Slide out wall, and the structure of the slide out beams. The inside edge is supported along it's entire length by the edge of the trailer floor.
The roof on the out side is supported by the outside wall also, this edge might support your weight.
The inside edge is at most supported by the fascia board of the slide out, not exactly the strongest support.
I see no reason to walk on the slide out roof.
