BBQ attachment to outside bracket

Bought our Cougar 31 SQB, last month, brough it home and started tinkering with it. BBQ grill still in the box. Put it together and got to the point where some metal brackets attach to the rear, bumper mounted swing-out mount.
The instructions say this is a "dealer installed" part. I cannot make heads or tails with the instructions and diagrams and I am usually pretty good at that time of thing. I have put together lots and lots of toys on Christmas Eve night. Ha ha.
Any suggestions or has anyone completed this project?
Thanks

Smile Grill Mount

My Laredo TT came with the grill; and it has a powder coated rack that mounts to the bumper mounted swing arm; and the grill sets inside that.

My grill came with a hose that is too short. Now, according to my dealer Keystone doesn't want the grill fully extended on the bracket. Why would you put an extendable mount on the bumper and then have a hose that won't reach all the way around to the outside kitchen area??? I love standing behind the camper to grill....
