DirecTV remote and Jensen Audio

I recently installed my DirecTV HD DVR in our 2011 Passport. All is working wonderfully except that I cannot seem to program the DirecTV remote to operate the Jensen audio equipment.

It shouldn't be this difficult since the DirecTV remote is essentially a universal. But there are only two codes for Jensen provided in the DVR's databasene listed under "audio equipment" and the other listed under "DVD". Neither works.

Certainly there must be more codes out there somewhere. If anyone knows the codes needed to break the double secret probation that I am apparently under, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Call Direct TV - tech support - they should be able to assist you. I've had great results using their tech support reps...... 1-800-DIRECTTV (and no, I don't work for them - I'm just a new user who's bugged the heck out of them for similar questions......)

I couldn't find a code for my Jensen either. I just gave up. I figured I will be replacing it someday anyway as the sound quality is horrible.
I can't imagine that Directv will be of much help, but give it a shot. If you find a code, let me know.
