We watched a local news story at some spot we parked that stated nowadays the average 40 year old man did not know how/where to check the oil or any other fluids & had absolutely no idea how, if it has one or where to put the jack or use the spare if needed.
My FIL was one of those guys, he could build houses all day long, but had absolutely NO mechanical skills. My 2 BILs are those guys in that news article, they don't know how to open the hood.

TRANSEAGLE ST has gone another step with their 15" all steel radial trailer tire by adding a LRG that produces 3520# of load capacity at 110 PSI.

That GY KAMAX T has a "J" speed letter = 62 MPH.

Almost all European designed 17.5" low platform trailer tires with a "J" (18 PLY) rating also have a "J" speed rating letter.

17.5” sizes - 70 series

245/70R17.5 LHT 143/141 J (146/144 F) 789 803 248 258 360 2406 270 - - 6,75 7,50

(From GY truck tire data book).

Tire litigation is a subject I seldom even mention. However, it is often mentioned in RV forum tire threads. That makes this book a very good read.

Those that follow my tire posts here at Keystone know I’m always researching RV trailer tires, P, LT, ST and low platform. If a consumer has switched to tires considered to be a misapplication, hunting for litigators to represent the consumer may be fruitless.

Your local public library may have copies of this book by Ben Baker.

The following information is from the 2019 Keystone generic owner's manual. They have added some more OEM providers and more tires to existing ones. The phone numbers are a nice reference.

Keystone RV does not administer the warranty for tires. Please contact the tire manufacturer direct at:

1. Americana (Kenda) - 800-225-4714 www.americanatire.com

2. Goodyear - US 800–321-2136/CA 800-387-3288 www.goodyear.com

3. HiSpec Wheel & Tire, Inc (Provider, Grand Ride, Good Ride) – 574-807-8588 www.hispecwheel.com

4. Lionshead Specialty Tire (Westlake, Sterling, Ridgeway, Constancy) - 574-533-6169

www.lionsheadtireandwheel.com
5. TBC (Towmax, Trailer King, Sailun) - 800-238-6469 www.tbccorp.com

6. Tireco (Mudstar) - 800-937-9433 www.tireco.com

7. Tredit Tire and Wheel (Rainier, Arisun) - 855-8-Tredit www.tredittire.com

You feel worried?? I have the Police chopper overhead multiple times a day. I'm constantly in fear. Maybe I should move away from the helopad.
