New Member Check-In

New member checking in here. New to the RVing world. We have a 2021 Keystone Cougar 316RLS. Our tow vehicle is a 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 Duramax. We live in Clearwater, Florida. Planning our first big trip to South Cove County Park in Seneca, SC, for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to it.

Welcome to the forum. Seems to be a great set up. If you ask questions, they can be answered with more context if you go to the UserCP (top/left) and click on the Signature button; create a signature with year, make and model of camper and tow vehicle. Last, you might want to set up your camper in your driveway or similar and do a couple of overnight camping sessions to exercise mechanical systems and familiarize. Anyway, have a great turkey day in SC!

Hello and welcome!

Congrats on the new Cougar, and it looks like that Silverado is up to the task of safely towing it.

Enjoy your travels and be safe!
