RV shop stepped up and made it right

Rocking R Campers in Ontario, Oregon. Off I-84 exit 376a.
It's a small shop that sells used units, has a ton of parts and does repairs.

My black tank valve started slipping open about 1/2 inch during travel. I dropped it off for the replacement of the black tank valve. While they were removing the valve, the repair guy noticed the gray tank was cracked around the outlet. They phoned me stating the repair guy said he likely did the damage and they would do all the repairs and replacement at no cost to me on the gray tank. I got a new gray tank and valve. It was 1046 bucks worth of parts and labor. I only paid for the back tank valve replacement. No auguring about if it was cracked when brought in or who would pay.
That was refreshing to deal with proper customer service.

Ken that was refreshing to hear...very. I hope anyone in their service area gives them a shot at their business. That type of service, and honesty, is quickly going the way of the dinosaur.
