Until then, I wanted to know if there is a way to get replacement keys online, Amazon, etc?? I want to have the dealer provide these out of principle of it, but I also would like a set of keys as soon as I can get them. We have black keys for the entry door, and 751 keys for the outdoor entertainment center. But don't have the storage keys.
Any suggestions, aside from kicking the dealership in the rear for lack of responsiveness?
Thanks everyone.

You might give Keystone Customer Service a comment about the lack of dealership response. They likely can either send you a set of keys or get the dealer "ignore button" reset.... https://www.keystonerv.com/customer-service

I'm on their website, but it seems I'll need some info to know what to order. I'm on the "Replacement Keys" section. Not sure if I need a Global Link Key (purple plastic), Global Link Compartment Key (Grey Plastic), FIC Key, Bauer Key (round black plastic), Kencon key, etc. I never had them to begin with so don't know what key number I need. There is an "M" imprinted next to the keyhole though. I think this suggests it can be opened with a master key. Just don't know the brand or what key number is needed.
Appreciate all your help to this Newbie!

For the storage compartments, you need the compartment key. They're all keyed alike (G-391).

You said you entry door key was black. Mine are Global Link and the entry door is purple so rule them out. After that which key likeness does yours match? At least that might be a start. With no key I'm not sure how you find which one you need without a locksmith and understand not wanting to pay for one. I would call the dealer and tell them to authorize, and pay for, a locksmith so you can get into the trailer - not ask, just tell them to do it.

I ordered two of the compartment keys. I'll let everyone know how it goes once I get them. Thanks for all the tips.

Let us know. The only Global Link entry keys I've had were purple not black. The gray 391 is the baggage key but your entry key sounds more like a different kind; did you talk to rvlocksandmore? Look at your entry door, is it a Global Link lock?
