Almost any John Deere (or any other kind of tractor) dealership should have the expertise and the equipment/supplies to rebuild the hydraulic pump, cylinders and build any replacement hydraulic lines that might be needed. The problem may be finding a dealer that isn't busy this time of year keeping farmers in the field, after all, it's harvest time.
Also, in most "larger areas" there are pneudraulics shops that deal in compressed air and hydraulic systems and they would be able to take care of you.
Of course you could go to the RV dealer, but I'd wager it will cost significantly more and they often "sublet" the hydraulics jobs to a local pneudraulics shop.
