Slideout issue 2014 cougar 29rli

I have a jerking when I bring my slide in or out. All my slides are cable slides and at camping world they told me to spray silicone spray on the underside of the slideout and this would stop the jerking. They told me this was the directions givin from Keystone master tech. They told me it was fixed so when I got it home I put the leveling system down and proceeded to extend the slide and the jerking is still there. I guess I am wondering if anyone else has this problem?. Thanks
