Anyone know where the transfer switch is located on a 2021 Cougar 316 RLS?

In fifth wheels it’s usually in the basement behind the back wall.

Here's a link to your trailer. At the 17:25 mark you will see the red switch in the convenience center - that's the bypass.

Just watched the video, That’s the battery disconnect isn’t it? Slightly different than a transfer switch.
OP: you would have to have a generator installed or factory prep to have a transfer switch.

Don't some of the newer trailers with a solar package have an inverter with a transfer switch built in?
Also, if there's a residential refrigerator, the inverter for it should also have a transfer switch to change from battery power to shore power...
Looks like we're going to need to start naming the function of the transfer switch if we're going to be looking for it....
OP: Which transfer switch are you looking for? It "could be" any of three locations, depending on which one you are trying to locate.

Whoops, you are right! I had disconnect switch on the brain. The 316RLS comes with a res fridge so there will be a transfer switch for that but I believe it is built into the inverter. I'm not sure what we are actually trying to find.....

My new 5er came with a res fridge and inverter. And as long as the inverter power is on, it automatically switches over. So i just leave the power on.

Based on my years as a tech this is the way I interpret it:
Inverters can have an “automatic pass through” feature that allows incoming AC voltage to continue to the unit. If the incoming AC voltage isn’t present, then it takes the DC voltage and inverts it sending AC voltage out to the unit.
Transfer switch is used for multiple AC feeds and automatically “chooses” the source to power the unit. Most are set to “default” to the generator and secondary is shore power.
It may be that inverter makers are calling it “automatic transfer” but this old dog don’t like this new terminology if that’s what it is.
