Main slide problem

Main slide on a 368mbi doesn’t appear to be squared up in its hole
That is closer to opening on top left and lower right
And looser top right and lower left
Goes in and out ok, straight up and down
But the tightness at the top left is causing the seals to damage the everbond tape resulting in roof damage.
Adjustment to the slide don’t appear to help
Any ideas? Thanks

No idea how old your trailer is. If it's still in warranty, let the dealership take a look at it. The way Keystone "says they build slide frames" should preclude any "off square construction" but that doesn't mean it can't happen.

If you're no longer in warranty, remove the slide facia, measure diagonally, top left/bottom right and top right/bottom left. They should be the same, then do the same on the inside outer wall of the slide. Those two should also be the same. If so, the slide is "essentially square. Do the same for the slide opening.

If the slide or the opening are not square, and you're no longer in warranty, it may be cheaper to live with replacing the eterna-bond tape every couple of years than in fixing the cause.... If it's in warranty, the dealership and Keystone ought to do the right thing and fix it for you.

It’s a lippert electric side there is adjustments where it attaches to the slide out but I’m thinking the slide out is out of square and it’s out of warranty
Will be looking at options to correct

You can change the height, move the room either way or one end in/out.

I would start with measuring the slide for square, then the hole. If they are both square then you can move the room around.
