Front Hydraulic Jack not working

Hello all, new to the forum but wanted to ask this question in order to save me from having to take my Avalanche 360RB in for repair work. The front left jack is not working. The right one goes up and down but not the left. Any ideas? I am thinking there is a fuse possibly burned out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum !!
It's not a fuse. In a hydraulic system, as long as the pump is running its not a fuse.
There are a few different possibilities. Lack of fluid, bad solenoid(s), bad hydraulic hose... if it's under warranty, I would call the dealer and tell them you can't retract a front jack and need service. The jack is going to have to be retracted to tow it to the dealer.

I would wait for their instructions to get that jack retracted.

Same thing happened to me recently. I called a mobile repair person. He put a jack under the front corner of my 5er and lifted the weight off the leg, disconnected the motor and mechanisms from that leg, and replaced it. Legs, like mine, are not easy to take apart and see what is not functioning and nothing was obvious. Guessed that maybe the leg had landed hard at some point(?).
