Dometic air conditioning

DOMETIC AIR CONDITIONING:
My 2017 Montana comes with two AC that are ducted to reduce noise. However the returns are not ducted and only use the natural plenum between the ceiling and roof for return air.
PROBLEM:
As per DOMETIC, these AC units should receive the return air from the bottom.
With my model Keystone only allows the the return from the side vents staving the unit for return air and shot cycling. Just a FYI if your having this issue.

That's good to know. I wonder if some of the other manufacturers are doing the same thing.
