I don't recall the exact cost breakdown and don't have access to the invoice for the repair work at this time (My DW filed it and I can't find it)...
As I recall, the total cost to repair the roof structure and replace the roof was a tad over $9000. Of that, there was replacement of all but 2 4x8 OSB sheets, interior ceiling sheathing, rebuild of 4 or 5 roof trusses, plus the actual replacement of the entire roofing membrane and a couple of pieces of aluminum molding.
The labor rate at CW where the repair was performed at that time (May 2013) was $125/hour.
I believe the structural repairs were in the neighborhood of $5000 and the actual roof replacement accounted for the rest, which is a little over $4000.
That included removal and reuse of all the old aluminum molding, removal and reuse of all roof mounted structures, removal of the old EPDM membrane and replacement with TPO membrane (slightly cheaper material cost), new adhesive, prep work on the roof OSB structure, installation and reinstallation/cleanup costs. It took about 4 weeks to complete the job, but if it had been only the roof replacement that time would have probably been cut to 4 or 5 days.
My Springdale was 28' long, so that's pretty much comparable to your 26' Citation. I'd say you're looking at a cost of between $4000 and $5000, depending on what they find that needs repair after they remove the old roofing membrane. It isn't cheap, and may make for a difficult decision as to whether you do the work yourself (The 30' membrane package is about $2000 for materials alone) or whether you even think the investment is worthwhile in light of the value of the trailer.
Here's a link to an old thread concerning one roof repair a member was doing:

That's sort of my "in a nutshell" experience with my replacement.
