So im going to look at a Gulfstream Conquest 199DD, hitch weight is 340lb, vs 520 lol....no slide but its ok it is still is fine for us.

Thanks again for making those comments on weight etc, i appreciate it!!
Not to keep raining on your parade, but that 340lbs from the brochure is less than 10% of the GVWR of that rv, just barely over 10% of it's dry weight. The GVWR of that rv is 3860 x 13% (average tongue weight) = 501lbs.
There are 2 numbers that are absolutely useless for your calculations; the max tow rating of your vehicle, you'll exceed the payload limit before towing a rv that weight & the dry weight of any rv, that's the weight as it rolled out the factory door with no batteries, no propane, no liquids, it will NEVER weigh that again. Also pretty much ANY number a salesman may spew out, typically they don't know or care as long as they sell something.
There's another poster on here somewhere that's in the same type situation, his problem is limited parking for the tow vehicle when not towing. They're also having issues finding a suitable rv to be towed by something less than a truck.
Hopefully you'll find a suitable rv, it's great lifestyle when properly equipped!
