Mold?

We placed that aluminized bubble wrap insulation inside several cabinets and behind the couch. Has anyone experienced mold growing behind it?

If you placed a "waterproof barrier" inside your cupboards, changes are very good that you caused condensation (water vapor collecting on cooler surfaces) behind the aluminized bubble wrap. With no means for that condensation to evaporate, there's an excellent chance that mold will start to grow "behind the barrier, where it's always wet"...

I'd suggest your "better idea to keep things warm" is the cause of your mold problem. Remove the bubble wrap, clean the area well, use a "mold killing solution" to treat the area and leave the cupboards open so they can completely dry.

While you're cleaning up that area, you might also want to remove the cushions from your dinette, pull the mattresses away from the wall and check where they have "blocked free airflow" by being pushed tightly against the sidewalls of your trailer. Any place where "free airflow" is blocked is a prime location for moisture to collect and for mold to grow.
