Keystone 2022 275BH hideout screw

Hello all. i am new to this forum. got our travel trailer in april! This month our door screw came off and i noticed i needed a new one but have no idea where to get this piece. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Zooming in on the picture the threads on the end look pretty rolled over. I would install a new hanger that Chuck listed.

You might be able to chase those threads and get them in better shape as they look pretty messed up. Also, since this is almost new and under warranty why don't you contact your dealer? My last trailer did that and all I did was send pics to the service manager with an explanation of the issue then they (and Keystone) sent me new rollers. I don't know what yours look like (and I vaguely remember what I had) but mine used rollers with plastic locking mechanisms that were prone to failure. They sent me new ones (said they were "updated") that were all metal and much better than what I removed.
