That cable would enter the slide and connect back up to romex which feeds the outlets.
But the junction boxes should be internal, just the cable under the slide/outside. Shouldn’t “shouldn’t” have any access point for rain water to get in a short then out.

Remove and insulate one outlet at a time use wire nuts on exposed live wire for safety
After removing and insulating outlet restore power the one that doesn't trip the general breaker is bad

If this does not yield results you more than likely have a romex failure

Mine has more than one GFCI receptacle.
Check bathroom, kitchen/dining area, outside kitchen or TV or belly electrical outlet.

Before testing and tearing up rig, confirm power is correct coming out of both legs on pedestal.
When using a 30A dog-bone to connect to 50A power supply rig cable the 30A dog-bone crosses the one hot leg with the other leg of the power cable. So even on 30A generator all the AC circuits will be hot… not as much amperage because everyone is sharing 30Amps and not the 50A on each leg it wants.
So if gen gives power to all plugs but when on 50A pedestal there are dead plugs… check the pedestal again.
