FWRE where is hot water bypass valves located on 2020 model

Keystone does not do a very good job of giving information on location of valves etc. can anyone tell me where to find the hot water bypass valve on a FWRE 2020 5th wheel? We are traveling and have no hot water and can’t find it anywhere. I did have it winterized but cannot get in touch with the company. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Most common is behind the water heater.

Depending on how many valves you have will determine what position they need to be in. Lower fitting on tank is cold in, top fitting is hot out.

Water will flow in the direction of the valve handle. Once you have the valves set right, turn on a hot faucet and let it run until all the air is gone. Then turn on the electric/LP or both.

Thanks but how do you get to it? You tube has stayed behind the water heater but how/where do you access this specific model?

Thanks but how do you access it? I’ve read where it is possibly behind the unit but nowhere to be found in how to access it. Thanks

Once you locate the water heater on the exterior, look at the same place on the inside. It may be behind a panel that’s held in with screws. I don’t know the exact layout of your particular unit, if it’s a fifth wheel and the water heater is near the front you may have to remove the rear wall of the front storage compartment.

I often wonder why folks ask a question about a specific model's features but don't give the specific model. FWRE sounds like a Harley but I am pretty sure a Harley doesn't have a water heater.

Parker, put together a signature with year, make and model of your camper and same for your tow vehicle and you will likely get answers with some context. UserCP, upper left on every page. After you make a signature, save it.

I'm guessing this is a 2020 Springdale 253FWRE.
If so, take a look inside your pass through on the street side. There is a little compartment with some screws holding up a Filon divider. Your water heater is behind there. The valves you seek are most likely right on the backside of the water heater - easily accessed once you remove those screws.

It looks like yours is in the same goofy spot as mine. Sorry I was looking at wrvond picture. I'll try to get a picture to you tomorrow. For the meantime, it's on the far end behind the panel that has the 90 degree angle. about 6-10 screws should release it. The water heater vents et all should be directly outside on the opposite wall.
