Anyone know what the difference is between the Western and Eastern models? Looking at the 221BH and noticed the Western model and Eastern model.

After comparing them I see Shipping weight and hitch weight is lower. Carrying capacity is slightly higher. Fresh water is 60 vs 43, Gray is 38 vs 60 and wastewater is 38 vs 60
