Global Link "Key Alike"

Has anyone out there re-keyed their Global Link locks? I rekeyed my bedroom door to the same key as my main entrance no problem, went from a 374 to a 375. Tried to remove the front slam hatch 391 lock but the Global Link Master Change key isn't working. Anyone have any ideas?

I have been trying to get help from global link but because of the 3-hour time difference all we seem to be doing is playing phone tag. Also, the lady trying to assist me via voice mail seems to be reading a script, I don't think she has any "practical experience" changing out the locks.

FYI the procedure is very easy and worked great on the 374 lock, I'm wondering if there is a different "yellow change key" for the 391 locks. Thanks for any info.
