Etching in paint

Just bought a new to me 2019 Springdale 220bhwe. When i bought it was a bit dirty, after washing and detailing I realized there was a problem There is etching in the paint from roof dripping apparently. I had someone try to buff it out but did not work. Any suggestions? It is Tin and Sticks so not sure if painting is an option.

My neighbor bought a brand new Fifth wheel. (not a keystone) he purchased the no- wax protection ceramic coating from the dealer and they installed it while he was signing the purchase papers….they didn’t clean the rv properly and sealed the black marks under the coating… he was fighting with them to remove the coating and buff out and then reseal

Maybe your trailer is sealed the same way?
