Camera systems

I have a 2014 Alpine 3010RE and considering putting a camera system on it. Just thinking out loud to myself it would make sense to have it a recording system in case of accident or something. Anyone have any experience with one that can be shared? What brand, etc? My trailer is not wired for a camera, so hoping I can find a wireless that would hold up.

Thanks

I use a Rear View Safety system. It doesn't record but helps when I'm backing in and changing lanes while driving. Mine is wired but no worries about signal loss with the wired version.

We purchased a DoHonest wireless camera. Has a very nice, large screen and even displays lane lines. I removed the center lamp on rear of trailer to get 12 V power for the camera and mounted it just above the lamp. be sure to seal it well and reseal the lamp when putting it back. No problem at all with range, the signal easily reaches the 40+/- feet from rear of trailer to truck cab. does not record however.
