Fireplace help

I have a 2019 Outback 341rd with a 48inch fireplace in the back of the house. It wont turn on, I check breakers none tripped and i check buzz fusses none blown, I turn the power switch on then hit the power button and it does nothing. Any ideas? is there a plug that it plugs into behind the fireplace? i cant find any information on a outback 341rd fireplace online.

Thanks for your time.

Yes, there will be a 110/120 plug behind the fireplace.
Generally speaking, if the plug is hot and the fireplace doesn't work; you can buy another one. There is no upside to trying to fix it.

Well, yes and that the plug is actually hot.

Do you know for certain if the fireplace is on a dedicated circuit breaker, or are other electrical outlets on the same circuit breaker?

Regardless of the answer to the above question, if you haven't done this already... Physically flip the breaker handle all the way to the off position. Then push it all the way back to the on position. Sometimes the circuit breaker will "look like" it's NOT tripped, but actually is.

I doubt the plug fell out of the outlet, but it is probably the best way to test, and then know, whether you have an outlet/electrical circuit problem, or you have a fireplace problem.

Can you post a picture of the fireplace and the wall it's installed on?

Same thing on mine, fireplace just quit. My plug happens to be inside of the cabinet right next to the fireplace so it is easy to test. Plug good, fireplace bad. I am glad it is summertime now but I will be replacing the entire unit before winter...
