Here we go!

first time out with the new Montana 3121. Hope all goes well. Keeping it close just in case things don't go as expected. Any suggestions before we leave, greatly appreciated!! Never to old to learn.

Congrats on the new trailer.
The map in your signature shows a lot of colored in states so I am assuming this is not your first RV and any "pointers" may not be necessary.
If you are looking for help with that particular trailer, I can not help you, but if you are new to Rvs, just go slow with all the hook-ups, connections, and trailer operation. After a few trips these things will be a lot more familiar and you can organize a mental checklist.
Good luck

Inspect floors and cabinets before opening slides, also watch as they open. My Dad has been RV'ing for almost 10 years, forgot to watch and or inspect before sliding out the main kitchen slide, caught an open cabinet, ripped the door off and then pushed the Rack and pinion slide off track. when my Mom saw I thought for sure he was a dead man. This is probably common knowledge but sometimes we get complacent and do not follow through on things.

The same thing happened to us and we've been RVing for nearly 50 years.... There's a "ribbon tag" hanging over the slide switch on our control center that says, "Check cabinet clearance before opening the slide"...... It's there because no matter how many times someone opens the slide, there's always "THAT ONE TIME" .....
