Windows don't slide easily

We bought our 2019 Passport 239ml (bunkhouse/no slide) in January. We previously had a 2016 same model that was destroyed by Hurricane Michael. We loved our first model and is the reason we bought the same thing again. The floorplan has changed some but it suits the needs of my husband and our dog. My question is about a couple of the windows. The one above the sink and the one by the bed (on the front door side of camper) get "crossways" when you try to open them and you have to use both hands to hold them straight to open and close them. They also don't lock easily. I did not have this issue with our previous passport. It's like the glass is too small for the frame or something. Have any of you ever had this problem? I'm going to take it to the dealer and see if there is a possibility of getting new windows. Thanks for any
input and hope you all have a great camping season!

Sounds like the tracks just need to be cleaned and lubricated. I've been happy with this lubricant, which is also available in the RV area in Walmart: 3-IN-ONE*RVcare Window & Track Dry Lube with Smart Straw*Sprays 2 Ways, 10 OZ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071QZH2R8..._x.LMCbTWFWC0T

Could also use WD40 silicone spray, a candle or bar of soap to lube up the tracks.

Hey Danny!

Been using Lever's Soap for 50+ years of "soapin" any kind of sliding devices! and Lever's Brown Laundry Soap for Poison ivy TOO!

Good Advice!

Good Luck,
