Best of the New Year to Everyone.

Here is hoping the end of 2017 finds everyone well.
We can all look forward to 2018 and our RV adventures meeting old friends and making new ones.

Same to you. DW and I will be parked inside the house caring for our rescue pets when the madness erupts....truth be told, this old geezer will most likely be asleep and she will be comforting the animals.

We've got a housefull of kids, grandkids, friends and neighbors. I'm sure they will stay up until the wee hours, but like another "old geezer" who just posted, I'm about to make the rounds, wish everyone a Happy New Year and head to a quiet (if that's possible in this house) bedroom, crawl in bed and stretch out. Between the -18 this morning and the -3 right now, 4 hours on a snowmobile with grandkids this afternoon and an excellent roast for dinner, it's time to close my eyes and reflect on how great 2017 has been.
Happy New Year to everyone. I hope you're all safe, secure and enjoying the evening. May you all have the very best in the coming year and

It's 2240 here and I have locked the doors, stoked the wood stove and shutting down the puter. Next move is to crawl into bed and sleep the sleep of the dead.

We are in Yuma AZ right now. Hit the sack 9 pm after watching a movie. Still fireworks (I think) going off at 3 am this morning.
