Help - Need Quick Advice on TT

I am looking to buy either a new Cougar 29RBK or a Outback 312BH. I live in Alaska and these are the only two bunkhouses the dealer has available. I really like the Outback better, but have two concerns. 1. The Outbacks are driven up the ALCAN to Alaska, vs by boat for the Cougars. 2. The 312BH is very long.

Has anyone towed the trailers on the ALCAN and if so, did it cause damage? The Outback has a few small items that were broken such as plastic guides at the bottom of the bedroom doors.

I really like the comfort level of the Outback, but am really concerned about being towed on the ALCAN - I can get a 312BH out of Tacoma and have it shipped for about $1.5 to $2K more.

One thing I'd look at is the wear on the tires. Is it even and normal on all four.

The tire wear looks even and surprisingly they all look like the original tires.

I also live in Alaska and have a 2013 Cougar 29RBKWE that I purchased in Anchorage last year. There have been no issues and I love it. It has been to Homer, Denali, and on the Kenai.
When I purchased I went back and forth about saving a few thousand and buying it in the lower 48 and towing it. By the time gas, time, wear and tear added in I just decided to purchase up here.
I drove the Alcan last summer and it was brutal on a Uhaul trailer. I could not imagine what it would do to a new travel trailer. Even though I paid extra, as I said before there have been no issues with this trailer.
