Winegard Sim card options

Hello everyone, I did a few researches for unlimited internet and I was blown away on all the info on YT on this subject. I do have the winegard 360 plus that came with the rv and I just bought the gate way.
I see that At&T, T-mobile have pre payed 30day unlimited sim cards available on amazon but if you read the fine print they also have a limitation on data usage, and then your speed reduces.
I like the non contract and pay as you option, for I will only be in Florida for 2 months.
