2020 Keystone Raptor 356 Electrical Issue

I have a 2020 Keystone Raptor 356 with an electrical problem. Lately, I have been getting the following intermittent problem.

The power at the Breaker Panel would have 240vac between neutral and the red wire (which powers the left side of the bkr panel) and 0 vac between neutral and the black wire (which powers the right side of the bkr panel).

Additionally, when this occurs, I measured approximately 100vac between neutral and ground.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

do you have a EMS ? ( you really should )it will probably tell you if it’s a campsite electric pedestal problem…could be a bad shore power cable also

I have not heard of an EMS coming factory installed. It would be something that you purchased and installed, either hardwired in the power center or a plug-in type that you plug into shore power and then plug your power cord into it. If you don’t have one (which it doesn’t sound like you do), it is strongly encouraged because it can more than pay for itself by shutting down the power before something more expensive gets cooked or your trailer goes up in smoke.

you should buy one of these or watchdog brand and plug into the pedestal ( or hardwire)

I jook your advice and bought a watchdog and it told me that I had an open neutral in my trailer. Strange how it could suddenly open, but open it did. I ran a temp cable from the trailer plug-in connector to the transfer switch and it works great. This explains why I had voltage between ground and neutral, as they should be bonded with zero voltage between them. Thanks again for the assistance.
