Leveling system

Hello. I have a problem with my leveling system. Top row will not work. Second row those. Soim stuck without been able to lift my jacks. Anyone can help.

What leveling system do you have?

2012 Copper Canyon 273FWRET being towed by a 1994 Ford F350 CC,LB,Dually diesel.
Airlift 5000 bags, Prodigy brake control, 5 gauges on the pillar.Used to tow a '97 Jayco 323RKS.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.

Welcome to the forum. Please go to the UserCP at the top of the page and create a signature with the year and full model number of your trailer and truck. This will help folks know what you are asking about. Some clarification on your levelers like what you mean by "top row" will help also.

Okay that tells me how to auto leveling. We got that is that the top row of the computer does not work.

What model of trailer is it (number)? I think I saw on your profile an Outback? Is the computer you reference In Command?

The one upfront by the hitch in front of the gas tanks that closes the jacks. They stay opened because is not responding to auto leveling
