2021 Keystone CruiseAire Inverter Fuse

When I plugged in my camper couple days ago, and went to use my microwave/convection it made a loud pop and quit working. I checked the power coming into camper and it was to much, so I switched to different power pole and thought all was working except for microwave. But when got back to camper lastnight lights etc were dim. I hooked up to my pickup and fridge, lights etc work fine. Is there a fuse in the inverter that I could have blown? If so where located?
Thanks

there should be fuses either in the back of the converter or possibly in the front close to the breakers…you may have damaged your batteries if they discharged too much from the converter not working also…i’d get them load tested

you really need to get a true EMS from progressive industries or similar company ..either hardwired or plug in to avoid this situation again

What is "too much power"? Do you have a 50 Amp or 30 Amp trailer? Some more information on year, model of trailer and exactly how you were connected to shore power would help.
