Anytime you’re having problems with your auto level, always start by resetting the system. You can do it a couple of different ways, but removing all power from it is what needs to be done. You can do it by disconnecting the power from the brain/control board. It’s typically located in the pass through or front storage compartment. The easiest way is to disconnect the shore power cord and the batteries Just give it a few mins without power to reset and then reconnect and try it.

What year? Are you talking about an auto leveling legs or just stabilizers? There's a huge difference.

Try the reset first. Also, if all else fails, you can move them manually. I haven’t looked at the electric leveling system in over a year, but I doubt they’ve changed them. There should be two spots on the leg (side and top) where you can use a 3/8” drive ratchet/drill to raise or lower manually.

The manual overrides are on the top and bottom of the jack motor. It takes a 5/16 socket and is an extremely SLOW method.

Thanks for the quick replies. We will cycle power and fingers crossed that will reset but if not, we’ll look for the manual spots to socket it up or down and many then it will reset itself. Again many thanks

Dang, I don’t remember them being that small of a socket. I thought they were a square plug for a 3/8 ratchet/extension. Guess it’s easy to remember something different when you don’t own/never had to use one. Thanks for the correction

Are you trying to disconnect the solar from the battery(s)?
What are you trying to accomplish?

Remove shore power and disconnect battery leads. If your monitor panel shows any battery voltage, you’ll. Have to disconnect the panel leads.
What does the auto level display show?

First, in order to move the rear levelers manually, you have to scroll through the menu until it says manual level and then press enter. That will enable the drive to the rear. Alternatively you can hook up to the truck (safest) or use jack stands near the landing gear, select auto retract all. This will reset the system. You can then lower the landing gear, unhook the truck or remove the jack stands and then select auto level.
Until you get all the legs fully retracted the system isn’t going to know where they are in relation to the ground or each other.

In GC 3.0 ALL jacks must be extended at least 6” prior to rehoming procedure. If one of the OP’s rear jacks isn’t extended far enough it won’t work.
FWIW, you can do the rehoming without being hitched to the TV as long as the area under the front of the trailer is clear.

A lot of people think you can’t retract all with the RV on the ground. It doesn’t matter, it only lowers the nose down until the jacks are retracted, it still sits on them. I store mine with jacks fully retracted all the time. As was mentioned, just need to make sure there isn’t anything under the front, it’ll be very close to the ground. It also makes it easier to wash to front cap, retract the jacks, back up to the front and stand on the tailgate of the truck. Works great.

My GC 3.0 doesn’t have a “rehoming” procedure that I’m aware of. It does have a “retract all” which may be the same thing - I couldn’t say. I do know that when I’ve got red lights blinking at me and nothing is working correctly I perform a retract all IAW the owner’s manual and all lights stop flashing and I get a green light.
I didn’t realize the landing gear could be completely retracted without something holding it up. That’ll be handy next wash and wax!

If you get an error for any jack, you’ll have to clear it. The procedure I outlined does that. You’ve been lucky enough so far not to encounter it, but I can assure you it’s there. Out of stroke error or unable to complete autolevel doesn’t require this procedure.
