cougar 26rbs Shower Leak

Hey Folks, we are having a 2021 Cougar 26rbs that we have an issue with our shower base not being supported correctly and the drain pipe breaking when the shower base flexes and the grey water flowing into the underbelly of the RV and not into the grey tank. We had the problem fixed by Camping World when we first bought the RV and they did a bad job fixing it and it has broke again. The issue looks like when they built the RV the plywood support under the shower base was cut way to far back from the drain. I believe to fix they will need to replace the plywood under nether the shower base to it extends under the full shower base. Camping Worlds lame solution was install a wood block under the base in the corner which is still allowing the soft plastic base to flex and break the pipe. Has anyone had this issue? and if so what did they do to fix it?

Thanks,
Marco

I have noticed that the floor base of the shower is a little springy, but have not had an issue yet. No offense intended, but what weight levels are we talking about? That would be a factor in the anount of deflection. Usually plastic pipe is fairly forgiving.
