In command gen 3 reboots

We just bought this cougar, love it but the incommand just reboots all the time..if lucky I will see application error ele blank screen and have to just wait for screen to come back.

Try doing a reset using the instructions at the link. If you are able to reset, then check that software is up to date.

Often just doing step 1 & 5 only will clear up problems.
