Trying to remove furnace 2018 Cougar 30RLS
I have a 2018 Cougar half ton. The furnace quit working. I have the possible three items I need to repair, but just can't wrangle this thing out. I believe Keystone built the fifth wheel around the furnace. Any suggestions on how to remove this. All help will be appreciated.

It depends on brand. Some come out from outside, some come out from inside. Which one do you have?

This is a fifth wheel. The furnace is located under the shower area in the storage area. There is no access either from the outside or inside the camper. A little over 5' long thin board covers where the furnace is. The hot water tank is to the left and the water pump, many wires the release for the gray and black tanks are to the right. Water pipes are above this. My reason for saying the camper must have been built around the furnace.

I understand. If the outside is a rectangular plate, you take that off and the furnace will come out. If the outside is only a single or two small holes, you’ll have to take the rear wall off in the basement.
It ain’t easy, I’ve been there done that in tighter spaces.

I've got to where the furnace is. It looks like if I want to get the furnace out I will have to disconnect pipes, wires, water pump and anything else in the way.

You’ll have 4 wires at the furnace. Make sure you label at least the two blue ones. You’ll have to remove the LP line AFTER you turn off the propane at the cylinders. It sounds like your going through the basement, so you’ll need to remove the ducts. They spin until a tab lines up with a slot.
After that you’ll need to remove the back cover and look for a screw or two holding the furnace to the floor. It isn’t fun, but I’ve done it several times WITHOUT removing any water lines.

I've done all what you suggested. Some how they wedged the furnace in and it won't budge.

Can you post a pic? Not too close, I’m wondering if there are a couple more screws.
