Will standard door lever sets work on rv bathroom doors?

Just verify the backset. The distance from center of knob set to edge and you should be good to go. Many knob sets are adjustable so the one your looking at will probably work.

As a general rule, I find that door hardware made specifically for manufactured homes is way more compatible with my trailers than hardware for conventional homes. Your hardware store probably has a separate area on their shelves.

If you don't want the lever style, there are some that have the conventional knob. And if the finish doesn't work for you, there are a number of other finishes available.
