Bathroom floor repair 308BHS

So my toilet seal was incorrect after a recent toilet replacement and the resulting water leak between the linoleum and top layer of flooring caused a mess. I’m hoping I don’t have to go in to the hall but my approach has been to peel back linoleum, cut out all rotten top layer, fill in gaps in foam w expanding gorilla glue, then glue new top layer down. The glue is curing as we speak.
