Leaking hitch light?

So after our rather rainy memorial weekend camping trip I happened to notice a small drip coming from the wire loom beneath the hitch light. Upon noticing the drip I looked at the light and it had standing water in it. I resealed the light housing after we got it out of storage but not the lens. Ended up cutting the black mesh water guard to see how wet it really was. I put a fan on it all day and seems to be all dried as far as I can see.

So my question is do you think this could be the source of the leak? I can’t locate a wiring diagram to see if there connected. I put a bead of silicone around the lens and were supposed to get some heavy rain tonight.

You may also want to check the seal above where the rubber roof meets the front cap.

I Eternabond front and rear seams when I bought it new. I’m not seeing any traces of water intrusion inside the trailer. It’s raining pretty good right now so I’ll have a look in the morning.
