Hi, guys, I have been following this Forum for about a year now, and thought we (the wife & I) would jump in.
We (Sandy & I -- Budd, my D & SIL (Dawn & Scott) and my S & DIL (Chuck & Tammy) went partners in the purchase of a 7-1/2 acre property with a 5 acre lake on it, and had it zoned as a "Private Campground".
After investing a ton of money into it, we now have our own version of a "KOA" !
It is called "Bennetts' Cove".
We have a 2014 Keystone Sprinter 5th wheel ('14 Silverado 2500) --Dawn has a 2008 Cougar TT ('14 Silverado 1500) and Chuck has a 2915 Avalanche 5th wheel ('15 Silverado 3500).
