RV AC maintenance

We have a 2015 Keystone Sprinter 302rls, with a coleman-mach 13,500 ac unit. Would like to know if there are maintenance procedures needed to keep it running well. Also, about how long do they actually last? They sure take a beating when it's really hot out. Thanks for your ideas/suggestions.....

Clean the filters in the ceiling grill often. Clean the coils on the roof once a year. The AC unit on my previous fifth wheel was 13 years old and still worked great.

I do keep the inside ceiling filter clean, but I haven't yet cleaned the coils. Thanks for the info, Chuckster57. (I was in law enforcement for a couple of years back in the 70s - always good to know another Brother)
