City water question

I recently bought a 2005 Challenger 32tkb to fulltime, and when I hooked city water up to it the water came shooting out of this hose underneath the water inlet. I have 3 hoses, one appears to be capped off (the single hose) and the other two arent. Water comes out of the left, rust-colored hose. What do these go to and what is the proper way for them to be connected? Should they both just be capped off?
