Just posting this little fix that will save you a rotten floor in the long run:
We have a 2014 Laredo 303TG and last year I have had to replace the rotten floor inside the outside kitchen. When we bought the unit there was a foul smell coming from that compartment. I thought it was coming from either the Pee trap being dry or the Fridge being stored closed. There was a small amount of mold growing in the fridge corners. So we bought it anyways.
After a couple weeks of cleaning and diagnosing where the smell was coming from, we discovered that the floor was rotten in the compartment. The root cause was the screws at the bottom of the hatch opening not being seal. If you look at the door/hatch opening. there is screws going straight down into the wall/floor. These are the screws that leaked every time it rained.
So easy fix time for those who have the same hatches and screws. A little dab of Dicor or Silicon sealant on top of the screws and leak fixed. Any hatch that has a screw in the horizontal face of the hatch frame needs to be sealed or water will get in. Here is where the screws are. None of the other hatches had these screws.
As to fixing the floor, it was not that hard. A good couple of hours on a Saturday with a 6 pack and things get done. Only needed a 1/2 sheet of Luna or 3/16 paneling from Home Deport and some glue.
