Squeeking Floor

The bathroom and hallway floors squeak when walked on. Its not a metallic sound like the frame would produce, this is the wood sub-floor I believe. We just picked up the 2017 Unit so should I be concerned or is there a quick fix?

Suggest you have the dealer look at it. If you take it upon yourself you may do more harm than good. The dealer may give you grief if he has to undo repairs you made.

Had a friend that had a squeaky floor issue which seemed to get worse, unfortunately as he waited, the warranty was nearly at the end . He finally fought with the company (not Keystone Product) and they finally took it in and reinforced the floor in that area. Since you are probably still in your warranty period I would have it looked at by the dealer, at a minimum you would have the issue documented in the event it gets worse. Good Luck

Take it to the dealer under warranty. The squeaking won't get better, only worse. The causes could be multiple but it needs to be addressed now while it is new. Don't let the dealer shoot you a line....it should not squeak at this point of ownership.l

Sooner, not later is the key to getting Keystone to agree to repair it. If you wait until the warranty is nearly up, there's a good chance that Keystone will deny the claim by saying "It must be damage you did to the trailer while using it".... Don't let that door open. Inform the dealer, get it documented and get it scheduled for repair ASAP......
