Beds in toy hauler will not deploy

Hello to all. We have a 2016 Fuzion Chrome 5th wheel

Today when setting up garage to stay in a site, our beds will not come down from ceiling. Could not find info on manual deployment. Any suggestions on troubleshooting?? Already checked fuses and all seems OK

On the motor, there is a 'lock' switch. Check that first. Then fuses.

Did you check the pin locks? There are pins on the track on all four corners under the bottom bunk? Check and see if they are there and remove if they are.

One of the things I discovered just the other day, while installing a thermostat for an additional A/C unit in the garage area of my toy hauler. I had tried to remove the HappiJack wall switch to get a peek inside the wall at that area to try and find my pre-wired thermostat wiring for the A/C. When I tried to take out the HJ switch, it seemed to be hung up on something and didn't want to come out of the wall. I removed a double switch that is right below it and saw that the HJ doesn't have "traditional" type wires attached to it.....like 14ga or 12ga or ??? ga wires. There is a switch unit, a printed circuit board, and a telephone type connector (RJ11) that is plugged into the P.C. board. That is possibly one place you could check....to make sure that the plug has not come loose from the P.C. board and then on the other end, up by the motor for the HJ.....make sure all connectors are secure. If I'm not mistaken, they use the same type plugs (RJ11) for the limit switches to stop the bed on it's upward travel and on the down stroke. Check them. If a down limit connection is loose or not making contact, the bed will not come down.....and vice versa
